Because no two claims systems are alike,  Pilot Information Systems provides a unique service to identify duplicate claims by working with you to utilize different methodologies to find overpayments.  We start with our proprietary software and customize the system to meet your requirements.


And it's Risk Free

Also unique to our organization is our compensation policy.  Pilot Information Systems doesn't believe you should pay for software or services whose results don't fulfill your expectations. Once we identify your total overpayments you are free to walk away if you don't feel the expected recovery is sufficient enough for you to pursue. 

Cost

For our ASP service we charge a flat fee of 5% net payable for each claim we identify as an overpayment.  What this means is that you pay a predictable, consistent rate regardless of the savings you incur. A majority of our competitors charge 25% of the savings found for each identified duplicate claim, ineligible claim and NCCI coding error. For those licensing our proprietary software, the licensing fee is based upon a flat per member/per month fee schedule. This fee covers unlimited support and eliminates the need to pay for monthly maintenance fees.
